Holiday season...TEXT SANTA, Nutcracker and now Christmas break!

Merry Christmas TnDWorldFans!
It is that time year again! The holiday season and what have our favourite pair been up to on their finale week before the Christmas break??

To get in the spirit of Christmas,  Jayne and Chris were put of the opening to ITV's Text Santa first show. They had pre recorded the opening number with Diversity which was amazing and after it was shown they talked Phillip Scofield and Christine Bleakly about it!

Before the show Chris tweeted some pics of him and Jayne in the dressing room....

Chris first tweeted this.... Jayne was in makeup at the time x

Then this one was nicely tweeted to us after we asked. Aren't they so nice to us fans! Looking amazing! 

While backstage Jayne got kisses from the boys from The Wanted. Nice Jayne :) Lucky girl x

Chris later on in the week tested his new icon app and the pair went to see Mathew Bourne's Nutcracker with Karen Barber :) Very Christmassy! Quite a few fans saw them there as photos popped up on twitter... Not if it was right adding them here so I have it but by looks of tweets from Karen and Jayne the next day they had a great night xx.

So now DOI is on break for Christmas I hope they have a great one x

By the way this Friday (23/12/11) coming is our 1st birthday!! Can't believe this has been running for a year!

DOI Craziness begins!

Hey there #TnDWorldFans!

Well its that time of year again!! DOI craziness has began.

Tour tickets came out in the last few days. Hope you were able to get the tickets you wanted! Loving hearing the excitement of you #TnDWorldFans as you talk about the tour. Sounds like its going to be an amazing tour! I even hear that Jayne and Chris are presenting the tour! Don't fear Jayne and Chris will still skating their routines like always! Chris is officially back in the UK this week as the lead up to DOI begins... Him and Jayne have been very busy doing radio and TV interview to promote the DVD and the tour.  Really must they did a lot interviews on radio in one day! Going for a record guys? lol.

This week Jayne helped open the rink at Somerset House! Looking amazing as always out there on the ice!

This week we also go little hello from Jess, Jayne's 5 year old girl. She was playing with her mummy's phone  and sent this  picture. Not that we knew it was her when it was tweeted.  Jayne ended up realising what happened a bit later after wondering what us fans were talking about and I don't think Jess will be playing with Mummy's phone again!

So lots of hard work and fun times ahead for our favourite skating pair!

EXTRA POST: Giving support to raising money for cancer research

Extra Post this week... This week I learnt from Karen Barber's daughter Emma about a young guy Nathan who is currently being treated for Leukaemia.  He has set up a twitter page to start a fundraising initiative to help raise money for existing cancer charities.

We as a group are going to put our support behind Nathan and try and help in any way we can! So Go and follow @be_MACHINE! so you can help too.

PACKED POST: Change of season means business!

HUGE packed blog entry from me this week! Change of season was felt this week. Here in Australia you can tell summer is on its way. Doesn't get dark till about 7, 7:30pm and its getting warmer! While on the other side of the world in the UK our two favourite skaters felt the change of season noticing how dark its getting so early and the need for winter jackets!

Chris seemed to confuse everyone a little when he posted this:

His caption to it was "Fall is here"  Lots of replies to that saying its Autumn not Fall (think Chris was showing fact a part of him is connected to US) . Also some of you TnDWorldFans wondered where the picture was taken as it doesn't look like the UK more like the US. But it seems he didn't go back there so it reminds a mystery....

Chris also it seems got the new iPhone 4s. He wanted to show how it works so he tweeted this pic. 

Ah *$ (Starbucks) like I've said before it wouldn't been a TnD post without!! We hope he enjoyed his coffee. But I think its a given that he did :) 

Jayne mention she went to 10 Downing Street for a charity event.  She got to meet  David Cameron,  said he was very charming. Speaking of Jayne. She replied to a fan this week as she watched a video they had made. 

I've post the video for you to watch! I think its great. So good work @Marie_Cullen_xx! Loved it. 

Seems Jayne did too! 

This also it seems both Jayne and Chris have being hitting the gym. Their personal trainers (PT) have been working them VERY hard. Must note they are both ok!! Still alive :) 

Now on to the big thing! DOI celebrities for 2012 spottings! 

So this week we had a first look at who might be on DOI for the next season. I might get these wrong so bar with me, nothing has been conformed yet but these ones were picture with Jayne and Chris on the ice. There was more in article but I'm only going to go with the ones seen with our favourite duo.

The left is actress Laila Morse from EastEnders.  Then in the middle is I think Andy Whyment from Coronation Street. Lastly is Jennifer Ellison (former Brookside actress).

New season, Birthdays, friends

Hi TnDWorldFans! 

Sadly for most of you, Summer is over. So we move into a new season and step closer to Dancing on Ice! Jayne and Chris have been a little quite this week on twitter but they had some big things this week, must been busy.  

Chris, still in the USA had a birthday to celebrate. His youngest son, Sam's  birthday was this week.  Chris was nice to tweet a picture of Sam on his new longboard pintail.  We hope Sam had a great birthday!!! 

Jayne has been up to a lot.  She been doing her workouts with her personal trainer and as I write this she has visitors over - Karen Barber and Matt Evers.  From Matt's twitter it looks like they having a great time together. :) 

Jayne also has been a charity event this week at the Savoy in celebration of the late Freddie Mercury 65th birthday.  Here are some pics from the night x

Giving up technology, going to Gym and Bedtime Stories

I know I'm a bit early this week but this is for good reason as I raise money for World Vision by giving up technology for 40 hours. So no computer/laptop,  TV, phone etc.  I hope I can do it! Real challenge these days.

So what have our favourite skaters been up to this week?

"Good Friends" - Hayley 

Yesterday, Hayley Tamaddon tweeted this picture of her with Jayne, Karen and Chloe Madeley out for dinner.  Got to love time with friends.  Hope they had a nice time.

Jayne filmed "Bedtime Stories" for Nickelodeon.

So we will have to till Christmas to see her,  I hope there is a way we non UK fans can see, so I if anyone got any ideas please tweet us or email us at TnDWorldFans@hotmail.com

We also got to see her on set as well,  thanks to a makeup artist tweeting this picture.  It's a lovely picture of Jayne,  so I can't wait to see it when it airs around Christmas time. 

An other thing on @torvillanddean was the gym.  As a lot of you know Jayne, likes to go to the gym and its seems that her best friend, and head coach Karen Barber has picked up on this too as Karen been going to the gym this week with Matt Evers, including doing  Zumba and Yoga classes.
