Lots: Birthday, People lost, Bears, *$, theatre, Paralympians and "No Pain No Gain"

Hey there TnDWorldFans

Our favourite skating pair having been keeping busy since the last entry. But then I haven't in over a fortnight! lol

Lots as happened in the news and Jayne and Chris commented on a few things, remembering people we have lost and the cycling world being shaken up ... They payed their respects to Neil Armstrong who was the first man on the moon.  They also remembered Princess Diana who the world lost 15 years go, tweeting a picture from when they met the Princess at performance of theirs. 

Chris has been getting into his Starbucks *$ as usual. First playing an other game of WITWAI, sadly we didn't get the answer but by look of it it looks like he is still in the USA

 And not long ago about three hours go, Chris tweeted this picture with caption "Always good to get one in before you skate" I swear Chris could take picture any Starbucks advertising campagins! I don't drink coffee and I almost want one looking at those pics!

Chris' son Sam has just had his birthday about three days ago. Chris tweeted that it was a very special day and Aunty Jayne tweeted Sam him some birthday wishes as well. Happy Birthday Sam !

Our favourite bear Barney has made a few appearances of late.

Jayne went to Belfast for a special event in honour Mary Peters. While in Belfast Jayne caught up with Pro skater  Maria Filippov.

This coming Monday it sounds like Jayne will be meeting some Team GB Paralympians. 

Lastly "No pain No Gain" as both Jayne and Chris tweet! Gym Training and Physio for them of late. I know that saying well atm ;)

Family times - Don't like boats, help me !!! and Soccer Dad

Hiya TnDWorldFans,

Summer for our favourite pair is all about the family and spending some quality time with their own families.  Which they totally deserve!!! They are so hard working.

Chris has been very much a soccer (football) dad being at his son - I presume Sam? games.  Including one at 6.30am! Crazy!!

Jayne has some interesting times including having to sleep on a boat.  By the sounds of it Jayne really doesn't like boats, tweeting Help! A few other DOI people had mention how she didn't quite boats when she tweeted about it.   Fans and DOI people all tweeted reassurances.  

Well it seemed that Jayne did survived the night as about 2 days later she tweeted about her day with family at Lego Land! http://www.legoland.co.uk/.  Very tiring but a good time by the looks of it, so much to do that she felt they needed two days there. The lines for the rides were a bit long as Jayne tweeted and total shame her phone battery died or she would have check twitter while in the line!! 

So it looks like Jayne and Chris are having a great time having some quality time in their roles as Mum and Dad for their kids.  Glad to hear they having a wonderful summer.  It's been a crazy one this year.

Jayne, kids, olympics.....

Hi TnDWorldFans,

Jayne has been a busy lady these past few days while Chris has gone quite on twitter while in America.

She went and saw some of tennis (women's final) with her son Kerian, who Jayne says is "sports mad."

Next day she gone shopping with her little Jess. Jess got some new shoes and Jayne showed everyone. Asking who did she take after. I say she takes after her mum and her Aunty Karen (Karen Barber). Those two women love their shoes!!

Very cute pair of Toms shoes there that Jess got. Toms shoes for those who don't know is a great brand where for every pair of their shoes sold and an other pair will be given a child in need in developing countries. Last night Jayne ended going to see the Olympics athletics with her personal trainer David. (@GOVERtraining) Seems they had a great time. I think Jayne got caught in fever of Usain Bolt with this picture.
