How are you? Hope you are well. Today's post.... Torvill and Dean Fans!
See the thing is I started this group at the end of 2010 when things were starting to get majorly going for the training this year's Dancing on Ice. I did it because being from Australia it was hard to get access to some of the stuff that Jayne and Chris were doing like interviews. So I thought I could use the group to see if other fans access and then I could pass it on to the other international fans who were in the same boat as me.
Jayne and Chris still have a big following around the globe, especially with Dancing on Ice. The UK version as been broadcasted in a number of countries outside the UK, including Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand actually has the series running now. It's a shame that when it does, there isn't international rights to cover some of the musical guests so we do miss out on a few of routines from Jayne and Chris but this is where very nice british fans and youtube are the best! So thank you British TnDWorldFans! We very grateful xx
Looking at the followers list, I can spy fans from England, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Brazil, Belgium, France, Japan, Germany, Canada, Scotland, Philippines, and the Netherlands. If I have missed any I'm sorry and do tell me.
I love running this group as I got to meet fans from all over. Wonderful, helpful, creative and fun people Torvill and Dean fans are! I've very happy I was able to pick a tip off Chris - not that he knows it! lol - as I'm using the program on my mac laptop that allows me to have the group and my personal twitter account at the same time. Makes things alot easier!!
