Huge week!!! Reunited, a birthday and DOI!

It's Saturday again, so an other entry from me.
This week has been a huge week for Jayne and Chris! They have been reunited as Chris is back in the UK.   We actually got a picture from them of the two them reunited in London.

I love this picture of them and the fact they are back together! Especially this week as it was Chris' 53rd Birthday.  I hope he had a good day. I had a bit too much fun posting pictures on TnDWorldFans with birthday captions under neath. They are bit too cheesy in my mind but I think a few would of given you guys a laugh! To celebrate I'm going to share this cake topper I found online this week. How cool is it!?!

Also what was exciting this week was Jayne and Chris were snapped outside the ITV studios today! It's exciting cause they also sent this tweet. 

So yeah, they are all ready preparing for Dancing on Ice 2012! I can't wait and I'm sure you can't either!!

Also speaking of twitter, here is the latest update on the race to 30,000 followers for @torvillanddean. Jayne and Chris only have 190 followers to go before they hit the 30K target. I wonder if they can hit before I post my next entry??  Who knows! 

Well I must be off, as I got stuff to do.

The race to get JnC 30,000 followers!

Hello TnDWorldFans!

It's Saturday morning here in Australia so you know that means an other post is coming your way! 

You might find that while its Summer at the moment in the UK and Dancing on Ice isn't on the only way we have any Torvill and Dean is following them on twitter.  

Jayne and Chris share an account on twitter and this week Chris is trying to get their followers to 30,000 as shown by this tweet there. 

30k followers,  I think they can do it! 

So, the race is on to get them to 30K which actually not too far cause as this moment they are 29, 673 followers, so with my maths skills, they are 327 followers away from their target! 

We all just love their tweets and I'm glad they love reading ours.  Jayne at the moment seems to be very busy as we haven't seen her for a little while.  My guess she has been enjoying her time with her family which is very much deserved.  So that's why she has been very quite in twitter world. 

Chris on the other hand has been tweet about his adventures in the USA as he spend time with his two boys.  He did do an other WITWAI,

We can guess that it was Starbucks *$, can't we?! Just where there Starbucks is, is the real question but I actually don't really want to try and answer that.  

An other picture Chris tweeted this week was a picture of a golfing range which he went two with his two boys.

Looks like such a beautiful day! I hope the three of them had a great time.  One of the tweets that made me curious was about the Apple (Mac) operation system which just came out.  Chris tweeted this  and I was a little worried as I'm a Mac user myself and have not got Lion yet.  

Well that's pretty much it TnD World Fans from me as I've got to go now and get ready for my learner licence test this morning! AH!! Nah, I'll be right. It's just long process to get your full driving licence here and I've put this off for so long that I can't believe I'm doing it actually today.

Hey ya TnDWorldFans!

How are you? Hope you are well. Today's post.... Torvill and Dean Fans! 


See the thing is I started this group at the end of 2010 when things were starting to get majorly going for the training this year's Dancing on Ice.  I did it because being from Australia it was hard to get access to some of the stuff that Jayne and Chris were doing like interviews. So I thought I could use the group to see if other fans access and then I could pass it on to the other international fans who were in the same boat as me.  


Jayne and Chris still have a big following around the globe, especially with Dancing on Ice.  The UK version as been broadcasted in a number of countries outside the UK, including Australia and New Zealand.  New Zealand actually has the series running now.  It's a shame that when it does, there isn't international rights to cover some of the musical guests so we do miss out on a few of routines from Jayne and Chris but this is where very nice british fans and youtube are the best! So thank you British TnDWorldFans! We very grateful xx


Looking at the followers list,  I can spy fans from England, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Brazil, Belgium, France, Japan, Germany, Canada, Scotland, Philippines, and the Netherlands.  If I have missed any I'm sorry and do tell me. 

I love running this group as I got to meet fans from all over. Wonderful, helpful, creative and fun people Torvill and Dean fans are! I've very happy I was able to pick a tip off Chris - not that he knows it! lol -  as I'm using the program on my mac laptop that allows me to have the group and my personal twitter account at the same time.  Makes things  alot easier!!

Hi #TnDWorldFans!

We are all loving that Jayne and Chris have stayed on twitter after the series and tour this year, don't we?
It's been great following them to see what they have been up to this summer!

Lately Chris has started a new thing which I think is really a lot of fun! "Where in the world am I?" or "WITWAI".  I think he is going to try and get Jayne to do one.

Turns out Chris was in Santa Fe,  American Southwest! 

Also must mention but I know most of you know this when ever you see  *$ in their tweets,  they are talking about Starbucks! Freaky enough on a computer the keys are 84 and we know how that year is special to them.  

At the moment Jayne and Chris have 29,587 followers. I wonder how long before they hit 30,000.

It will have all the new information as we get and I'll post their new routines from Dancing on Ice here too when the new series on.
