Safety first, snow and getting older... also Tour Tickets

Blog time!! So what's been happening in world of Torvill and Dean?? Let's see....
Chris has seemed to of gone back to Colorado this week and we got to see some of the most amazing shots of the snow there. Here are they are:

It's a long way from the picture of fall we got last week!

Chris this week also gave us all a safety lesson after have blow off his bike at 35mph (56.3kph) Wear a helmet! Chris was a bit shaken up by it and got gravel rash. But his helmet made sure it wasn't any worse. Chris is OK by the way from what we heard the next day from Jayne. So lesson: Wear ya helmet when riding.

Seems Chris has taken over the account this week cause there is more!
Only in the last few hours Chris was tweeting that he was off to see the doctor again. More doctor visits  as you get older it seems as well as something else which you'll have to look at their tweets to get. I'm not saying it cause it was too much information which seems Jayne agreed, tweeting that was too much info.

DOI news this week : Keith Chegwin had to pull out of DOI after major fall breaking 3 ribs and fractured his shoulder. Jayne and Chris were amazing him helping out. They are disappointed to lose him from the line up. I wish him speedy recovery!

Also pro news is that Isabelle Gauthier and  Katie Stainsby are not back for the new series. Isabelle is at the moment just started training for the Turkish version of DOI. Nina Ulanova confirmed she is back and we have new pro - Vicky Ogden!! (twitter name @vickyogden1)

Lastly news from Jayne about tour tickets - They come out in November. She didn't say when in November so keep an eye out! I'll try and tweet any news when I hear it!

PACKED POST: Change of season means business!

HUGE packed blog entry from me this week! Change of season was felt this week. Here in Australia you can tell summer is on its way. Doesn't get dark till about 7, 7:30pm and its getting warmer! While on the other side of the world in the UK our two favourite skaters felt the change of season noticing how dark its getting so early and the need for winter jackets!

Chris seemed to confuse everyone a little when he posted this:

His caption to it was "Fall is here"  Lots of replies to that saying its Autumn not Fall (think Chris was showing fact a part of him is connected to US) . Also some of you TnDWorldFans wondered where the picture was taken as it doesn't look like the UK more like the US. But it seems he didn't go back there so it reminds a mystery....

Chris also it seems got the new iPhone 4s. He wanted to show how it works so he tweeted this pic. 

Ah *$ (Starbucks) like I've said before it wouldn't been a TnD post without!! We hope he enjoyed his coffee. But I think its a given that he did :) 

Jayne mention she went to 10 Downing Street for a charity event.  She got to meet  David Cameron,  said he was very charming. Speaking of Jayne. She replied to a fan this week as she watched a video they had made. 

I've post the video for you to watch! I think its great. So good work @Marie_Cullen_xx! Loved it.

This also it seems both Jayne and Chris have being hitting the gym. Their personal trainers (PT) have been working them VERY hard. Must note they are both ok!! Still alive :) 

Now on to the big thing! DOI celebrities for 2012 spottings! 

So this week we had a first look at who might be on DOI for the next season. I might get these wrong so bar with me, nothing has been conformed yet but these ones were picture with Jayne and Chris on the ice. There was more in article but I'm only going to go with the ones seen with our favourite duo.

The left is actress Laila Morse from EastEnders.  Then in the middle is I think Andy Whyment from Coronation Street. Lastly is Jennifer Ellison (former Brookside actress).

TnD Spottings, Fun day at the office and DOI gossip

Hello TnDWorldFans!

Jayne and Chris have been quite this week on twitter so its not much this week.  I know that the pair of them are back into the swing of things as we did get a picture from them.

Been a fun day at the office. 

Also a few of you TnDWorldFans have been lucky enough to see them at the rink this week! So yes it seems DOI is well on its way.  Loved hearing bits and pieces of your TnD spottings this week. Makes wish I was living in the UK at the moment. 

This week also we heard some gossip on This Morning with Jason.  Supposedly there is changes with the pro skaters. Not sure what that means. Also that Jayne and Chris have all ready broken one of the bigger celebrities!! I wonder who! 

Can't wait for the series to be back. So bring on January or in Australia March most likely. The new series hasn't been confirmed yet here in Oz but I'm keeping my eye out on any news!

Jayne... the girl of the week!!

Sorry this week is a bit late, bit caught up this morning with posting pics for Jayne's birthday and I haven't been feeling well today. So this week was Jayne's week!!! Her birthday and a number appearances.  So this week has been busy.

Jayne on Question of Sport. 

Monday we saw Jayne on Question of Sport looking amazing... I haven't seen the whole thing but I think she did OK. She had moment where she went blank and as soon she heard the answer, it realise it was right. I think seeing her like that makes her seem real. I've had these moments and I'm sure others too!

We saw both Jayne and Chris at the Pride of Britain awards. It was the first time we have seen the pair back together since Chris came from the US ready for the next series.

Karen and Phil, Jayne and Chris' other halves were also at the awards with them and I know the four of them were spotted many times as they were seated towards the front of the room.  Nice seeing this picture of Karen, Jayne and Chris with an editor from Bella magazine. Must me excited for the next series.

Friday was the biggest day this week as it was Jayne's 54th Birthday!! Not that she looks it! Maybe Chris' tweet saying that she was turning 43 was right as I think can pass for it. Looking amazing as you'll see.  I do wonder what they got up to during the day especially when I saw this picture tweeted by Chris!

Jayne along with Chris spent her birthday night at the British Olympic Ball. Both looking amazing from the pictures that popping up around twitter! This where I prove the point that Jayne doesn't look her age!! Pictures speak for themselves!

The ball was to raise funds for the Great Britain Olympic team. Which Jayne and Chris are ambassadors for.  Seem it would be a great way to spend your birthday night!!
